             Fire-rated Doors

 

The F30/F60/F120/F240/KMS and KRS single-action fire-rated door-sets consists of a pressure molded Glass Reinforced Polyester (GRP) door leaf with a fire-resisting core material, hung on a GRP or stainless steel frame. Designed and tested for fire-rated applications from 30 minutes up to 240 minutes of fire resistance.

 Hygenix fire rated GRP door systems have been tested to BS EN 1634-1:2008 as well as to BS 476:Part 22.

Fire Doors Standard Options:

​

• Hinges: Corrosion and acid-proof stainless steel lift-off hinges

​

• Ironmongery: The client specified ironmongery or selection from our standard range.

​

• Seals: Cold smoke silicon seal and flush-fitted intumescent seal.

​

• Double Door: Acid-proof stainless steel bolt, stainless steel center rebate with rubber seal.
